Liberon shellac flakes and buttons are traditional in that they have not had the wax removed from them. This wax must be removed prior to finishing. To separate - dissolve the flakes in alcohol, permit the wax to separate from the mixture then skim it off the top. Available in two colors, lemon-pale golden brown and garnet-dark brown.
